hello mate, welcome to the forum,

These are a fairly new channa and are not very avaialble, you may just have to keep your eyes open and be ready to buy some quickly as they become available, maybe someone on hear knows if any are bercoming available soon, or has some spare they are willing to sell.

Good luck with the search mate.

Hi,

fire'n iche have not been bred yet.
Why dont you look for some good available (and cheap) gachua ? Especially the variant from Krabi (TH3/02) is very colourful, and not more ugly than the firenice.

Cheers

I quite fancy fire and ice myself. The red fins are also nice.

Congrats on getting one and so quick, all we need now is some photos of the little beauty and his setup :)

Neil from Pier Aquatics is the man. He was in the party that first caught them.
I am getting two females off him at the next opportunity. He sold pairs for £96.
We saw them at BAS recently for £65 each, not a patch on Neil's.
Can get Harcourt-Butleri £20 - £30, "Green Assam", Aurantimaculata - last time had pairs at £70 and not small!
This is man who can get Barca in numbers and sex them (previously £975 each). Start saving!!!

Ask a serious question, wait for the answer.

David

Hi yeah i bought my first two fire and ice from pier, and then the rest from wildwoods and a couple of private sellers, one thing you should learn is by putting a male and female together dosnt mean they will form a pair,i bought one of pairs of auranti pir was selling for £70,only lasted a month and the male klled the female.
But i find pier to be an all round good shop, great choice of fish and good prices to go with them, plus neil always seems to ge the new stuff first.
