I have been living in Malaysia for about a year (from Boston Ma. USA) and have aquired a few snakeheads. I've worked at local fish stores for over 17 years and at one time had one piranha tank (180 gallon with 20 Large Red Bellies) that was documented by a Japanesse show. That goes back many years ago when the internet was just starting out. It was called the Piranha Cam.

Well, sinse then I got married and moved to Malaysia.

Guess I'm close to the snakehead capital of the world so I best enjoy it before we relocate ;-)

I've a few questions on identifing fish and could use some help.

Regards,

Phil

Karl and Na_Cheers, Thanks for welcoming me onboard. I'm sure to have plenty of questions. Na_Cheers I'm staying in Selangor (USJ19) but have a trip in the works to go to Terengganu. I'd be very interested in snakehead hunting. Sounds fantastic. When you get a chance maybe you can send more details.

Welcome to the forum. I would take the offer from Na_cheers, sound like a good laugh. When you do go on these trips it would be great to get some info on the habitat etc.

Cheers
Steve
